I finally had a chance to show the baking process of Apom (in Malay) or Indian pancake in this post.

Apom is one of the popular local delicacies in Malaysia. You can find these crispy indian pancakes in the morning beside Mutiara coffee shop, Taman Sri Rambai, Bukit Mertajam.
