Oyster Mee Sua or Flour Rice noodle
Finally I manage to find yummy Oyster Mee Sua here in Prai, Penang. The taste is quite similar to the Oyster Mee Sua which I have tasted years ago in Taiwan. I still remember how people queued for Ay-Chung flour rice noodle at Xi Men Ting, Taiwan. If you don’t see the situation there, sure you won’t believe what I said. See the photo below for evidence.
There is no table or chair for you. Stand or squat anywhere if you like and enjoy your Mee Sua. ![]()

This similar superb Mee Sua finally can be found here in Penang. Not that Penang don’t have Mee Sua but the taste of this handmade Mee Sua of ShihLin Taiwan Street Snacks found here (at Queensbay mall or Jusco) tasted good and reminds me of Ay-Chung noodle in Taiwan. Especially the oysters….
Hmmm….see the photo below. This is the Mee Sua of ShihLin. See those oysters? They are really fresh and super yummy. True, really fresh! (The photo. Not bad) ![]()
