Best Pork Leg with Sweet Vinegar

This is Chinese food Pork leg with Sweet Vinegar or we call it “Tu Kar Chor” in Hokkien. Don’t know what is this? Then you have missed out this super yummy food from your life.
Must be drooling by looking at this photo. Don’t ask me where to taste this superb Pork Leg because this is my mom’s best Tu Kar Chor.
Recipe? This is my mom’s secret recipe. Ok, a little bit information regarding the ingredients. Pork leg (of course), eggs, sweet vinegar, garlic, ginger……etc. After writing this post “ Pork leg with Sweet Vinegar“, I feel hungry too.
