Twitter is a social networking and real time micro blogging service which is gaining in popularity.

Twitter enable its users to share interesting information, technology, jokes, photos, read latest news, to interact, job advertising, job hunting etc. Bloggers use Twitter to notify their followers the latest updates of their blog posts.

In case you don’t know. The most followed Twitter user as at the date of this post is Ashton Kutcher.  Oprah Winfrey and Ryan Seacrest are among the top 10 most followed Twitter users.

Based on Martha Stewart’s Twitter survey, 7% of 1600 people feedback that they use Twitter due to boredom at work. Interesting feedback! Are you one of them?

Let me show you how easily you can add video to your blog. Take YouTube video as an example. As I am using Wordpress, therefore this post will be based on Wordpress.

1. Let us create a new post. First go to write post, then click on HTML tab as shown.

2. Go to YouTube video, copy the embed code as shown below.

3. Paste the code to your post under HTML tab. Refer to photo of step 1 as shown above.

4. Save and preview the post. Then you can see the video appears in your post.

I learnt about  Statcounter from 5Xmom’s recent post ( 5Xmom is amongst the Malaysia’s 50 most Influential Bloggers).

Statcounter is one of web hit counter which track the traffic of your blog.  Some of the nice features from Statcounter : you can track where your traffic came from, keyword analysis, visit length, popular pages, returning visit, recent visitor map…etc. I have tried out the Statcounter and found the tool is excellent.
